Our doctors are Designated Aviation Medical Examiners (DAME’s) Registered by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority

Dr Stephen Jelbart is the Principal of MSA, a pilot himself who takes a keen interest in the Aviation Industry. He is a member of the Aerospace Medical Association and the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine.
Dr Jelbart is Australia’s leading specialist in executive health management, lifestyle and stress management. Dr Jelbart is also a nutrition specialist and has extensive experience in sports medicine and occupational health.

Dr Duc Tran received intensive training with the Royal Australian Air Force in the medical assessment of Air Force and Military personnel.

Dr Tran is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He served for five years with the Royal Australian Air Force as a Military Doctor and was deployed to Bougainville, East Timor and the Solomon Islands where he developed expertise in retrieval medicine as well as general clinical and emergency skills. His continuing involvement with the RAAF and the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine has maintained his close involvement with aviation medicine.
